Words cannot express the amazing experience we had with Stephanie. I was extremely reluctant to buy a house for my family. I didn't believe I would ever be able to accomplish that. Especially in this lifetime. Then, Stephanie came along. I could tell how genuine she was and how enthusiastic she was from our initial encounter. Having said that, she fought and fought through a large number of challenges that we encountered throughout the escrow procedure. She was constantly two steps ahead of the "if this happens, this is what we are going to do". And, she was right. Every single time. I am really appreciative of her knowledge, negotiating abilities, and desire to go above and beyond for my family. She is awesome. Stephanie is someone my family and I are extremely thankful for.
